Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service as well as assist in all office procedures.
Duties:
- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies - Direct Patients to Proper Room & Set Up Patients on Therapies - Schedule patient appointments - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus -Candidates should live locally At our company, we value our employees and offer competitive compensation.
