Looking for a retired attorney or an attorney that left the practice to raise a family but now wants to work a couple of days a week to assist solo practitioner with busy practice. Must be able to handle a variety of legal matters including real estate transactions, drafting of Wills and other advance directives, probating and administering estates, setting up corporations or LLCs.
